A beautiful and memorable way to experience the quiet beauty of Lan Ha Bay. + The scenery throughout Lan Ha Bay was absolutely beautiful and the cruise itself felt calm, elegant, and very well organised. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere on board, the comfortable room, and the opportunity to experience the bay away from the busier tourist areas. The activities were well paced and the overall experience felt peaceful and memorable. − Wi-Fi was limited at times, although understandable given the location

Outstanding cruise with exceptional service and comfort. + This cruise exceeded all expectations. The staff were extremely kind and the activities were excellent throughout the trip. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, a great size for a couple, and a balcony ideal for relaxing, stretching, or enjoying the views. The common areas were beautiful and very comfortable for spending time with family. The food was incredible, with great variety and a buffet that was always well stocked. A special mention to the staff for helping organise my father-in-law’s birthday celebration — they surprised him at dinner with a song, arranged a cake, balloons, and even took a photo and printed it for us. Truly unforgettable service. − Nothing

Excellent - very good experience for family + The best part about the cruise was your staff. They are extremely friendly and supportive. They took very good care of us. Special mention to the CHEF on duty who made fantastic vegetarian meals for us and the staff too ensured we get many vegetarian options. − I felt some basic and non-negotiable things were missing. There should be no limit on water/tea and coffee for all guests. In all premium hotels/resorts, this is included. Some drink lots of water and some don't. I, for e.g. need lots of water in the morning (especially in such extreme heat) as soon as I wake up and then immediately need a black coffee or tea. To have to pay for basics is not a good experience. Also, we were promised kayaking as an experience when we booked our tickets. But due to your internal issue, we only got to swim. Whereas, close to our cruise, the guests of Capella Cruise were seen kayaking. So if they managed and you didn't was indeed very poor. There…

It is good + Overall, we had a good experience. The scenery and activities were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the food could be improved, the cleanliness could be better, and the transportation to and from Hanoi was quite long and tiring. Despite that, we still enjoyed the cruise and would recommend it. − Food could be better

Transffered to another boat-nice room upgrade + Food was great, party and band was amazing. Bed was super comfy. − That the boat is not really cruising, it comes from harbour and stays at the same place. You are forced to wake up early and go on another boat that does day tours, so you actually spe d half a day on another boat and on that boat you have to pay for drinks even thought they told you your cruise is unlimited drinks. Also I can't rate Signature boat, because even we booked it, we had to be tranferred to Ha Long Bay Ambassador cruise. They did upgrade our room, but still I had to negotiate with them to be refunded partially because this was not our ship or route that we booked, so a bit annoying.
