Very nice location, private and secure. Comfortable stay with a nice breakfast. + Was very secure with amazing views. Private rooms, never heard or saw anything other guests.

The property should not be allowed on the Booking.com platform because it is not suitable at all to be a guesthouse. Total misrepresentation. − This is a scam. We could not stay here and had to book accommodation elsewhere for the evening. We lost our money we paid for the booking.

Chilling at Annies 😌😊 + The stuff was very friendly and professional. Peace and tranquility was at the highest level, I believe that the rooms are sound proof because we barely heard a thing from the other rooms. Also the breakfast was very good with a lots of options and varieties to choose from. Good location with an exceptional view of the Hartbeesport dam. We Loved it there 👌 − Nothing at all.
