Our stay in caloundra + Location was really good Room was large (whole apartment) − The roll down blinds were mouldy I'm sure they just need replacement or a good solid clean Didn't like the bedding but that's not a deal breaker

+ We were very happy with our unit.Views amazing, Lovely and clean, staff very welcoming. Location very good. We will be back. − Unfortunately abit noisy at times because of renovations in other units but we understand this has to be done.

Position, staff excellent. Have been there before quite a while before just didn't come up to past s + Unfortunately we chose rooftop to avoid traffic noises as husband has been very sick for two years and our first trip to coast in two years but there was work going on that floor from second day. In lift there was notification of work on 1st floor nothing about third floor . We would have changed floors if advised. − Noise. Also small cockroaches seen every night. Two sometimes three . Even in crockery cupboard so washed everything before use.

+ Room and view was great − Couldn't get in when we arrived. Had to chase the key. Lucky cleaning lady helped us. Jack hammer work on bathroom next door . No notice no communication and no care factor .Party next door until 2am. No refunds or anything..very poor..

Location location location! + Location was amazing. Penthouse overlooking the Pumestone Passage and Caloundra promenade. Such great value with plenty of dining options within a very short walk. Apartment was freshly renovated. Definitely our choice for our next holiday.

Weekend escape + The location, view and the layout of the apartment. − The smell coming from the drain in the toilet was unpleasant. It could be smelt everytime you entered the apartment. My partner didn't find the bed very comfortable and had trouble sleeping. The pillows weren't very good either.

would go back + the view and rooftop was unbelievable the service and kindness from the Man at reception was welcoming and friendly - he was lovely the location was perfect and easy to get to anywhere The room was clean and smelt lovely − Not the fault of the place but we were really cold as there was a sudden snap of cold weather. Therefore the damp patches on the roof and the wind blowing though the windows in the lounge windows didn't help My girlfriend slept in her jumper The toilet door wouldn't open if you are on the toilet so if you are alone you are stuck in the toilet and not many people take their phones
