Great stay. Comfort. + We had basic instruction what to do when we got there and it was perfect − Nothing

− Two small rooms, almost the whole surface was covered by the bed alone. There was no ventilation system of any kind, the temperature was unbearable, morning,evening and night.

Room too small + Location − Room size. I know it was state as a small room, but it really was too small to be comfortable.

Great base to sleep. + Convenient, clean, fantastic food available within a short walk − The small room was good as a sleeping base, but VERY hot, and no fan, luckily we also booked the apartment across the corridor which did have a fan which we moved to the small room

Convenient location and a comfortable stay. + The location was great being near the train station. Close to pubs and shops. Easy to walk where we wanted to go. − It was a bit noisy being a Friday and Saturday night but we expected that for the location. I had to ring to get the code for the keys as it wasn't sent to me by check in time, and then the code that was sent to me was wrong but it was only out by one number so we figured it out without having to ring back again.

Exactly what we needed + Great location, exactly what we needed, and great price. − It was all great but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfy.

It was ok for a one night quick stop over. + Location was close to town centre and the main attractions. − The property was tired, not well ventilated and one of bedrooms had no window.

Dodgy company that ask for your full visa card details via email before check in + nothing − Its a dodgy company that ask for your full visa card details, including the 3 digit security via email or over the phone before you are allowed to check in, if you don't provide the full details of your card then you are not allowed to check in. Be very careful booking with this hotel company.

Sin aireación + Las sábanas blancas − La única aireación del total del apartamento es una rendija en una ventana de 20cm. A pesar de haber ventanas estás no tienen posibilidad de abrirse, están ciegas .Habitaciones cerradas y sin ventanas. No hay renovación de aire y en días de más de 25 grados centígrados es insoportable. Además la no revocación de aire es un peligro para la salud. La aireación asistida estaba sin motor por lo que no había cambio de aire en este sentido tampoco. El sofá cama es horrible, el colchón no sirve ni para que duerman jóvenes ni niños, imposible adultos.

+ Brilliant location − When booking its not very clear what room you get untill you pay! I thought i was getting a apartment but when booked it said it was a small double.. New pillows are a MUST! Unbelievably lumps and worn. Also room could do with a once over! A rusty radiator is not very welcoming.

It mostly met my expectations and was still at a good price + the fact there was a fridge and microwave and cutleries etc - full blown apartment. Easy to get access into the building etc − the toilette room is so tiny and the floors had dents in them that would sink in when I stepped in some places which made me worried that I'd get charged for damage i didn't commit. Also the TV's didn't work, there was no youtube, no netflix, no htmi cable nothing.
