    We couldn’t be more pleased with Ailyn and Stefania and all the wonderful staff + All the staff is just amazing, very friendly and extremely willing to assist with any concerns or questions. Most of all, Ailyn and Stefania are very important assets to your hotel. They both make you feel very welcome and go beyond greeting and helping with every question with a smile!! I was in the hotel business in the executive office in Chicago and can attest to their wonderful and happy assistance to make you feel welcome. Allyn Gonzalez is equally nice!! Thank you Best Western and your Terrific staff, including housekeeping and all who say hello and Good Morning!!! − Liked everything
