The hotel is stunning; clean and comfortable! If we go back to Patzcuaro we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. The + The entire interior of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The overall “mansion” ambiance was very appealing and lovely. So much detail. It was clean and comfortable. Dress in layers for Patzcuaro itself and the hotel is no exception. Our room (we chose a standard room with a king bed and small balcony) was perfect. We stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable the shower with lots of hot running water was delightful. The hotel offers fresh drinking water, coffee and shampoo,soap, lotions and a blow dryer. The towels are full and soft. Definitely recommend this place. The only caveat is the bar and restaurant are expensive. The staff; helpful and friendly and go the extra to be accommodating. − The bar/restaurant are overpriced

Hubicacion inmejorable, cómodo, pero, ayudaría mejorar la experiencia. + Si en general, cama cómoda, ambiente como esperaba, Estilo Virreinal. El restaurante muy bueno para desayunar. Su patio que invita a relajarse. − No funcionó la TV, la calefacción hay que solicitar que la conecten.
