The staff were not very attentive, and I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or addressed. The biggest issue is that the hotel took a $100 advance/deposit, and it has now been one month, but I still have not received my money back. I have tried to follow up about it, but the issue has still not been resolved. Overall, I did not have a good experience with the service, especially considering that my $100 deposit is still being held after a month. I would expect much better communication and customer service from a hotel.

Cozy + Good location near Brooklyn Chinatown. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Attached parking is convenient since street parking is nearly impossible. Small room was perfect for one person needing a place to sleep. − The price

Just good for a week stay. + Close to the subway station and the parking garage is right under the hotel. Very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, bakery shops, and street vendors. − The room is kind of small for two double beds. And my feet past the edge of the bed. Their continental breakfast is very basic. Wish there were more variety.

It was a pretty good and convenient choice. Staff was very accommodating. I would return. + The breakfast wasn’t bad, but needed a few savory things. Most of the items served were sweet. The location was in an Asian community, but I enjoyed the many options of Asian cuisine and safety was not an issue at all. − A refrigerator in the room would have been an ideal fixture.
