I would stay here again, great location and value! + It was close to a lot of great spots in Kadikoy, super clean, provided extras (bottled water, coffee, and tea), really cute room with a balcony as well, and a communal garden. The staff was super nice and helpful!

+ This is a gem in Istanbul. The area is really vibey, vibrant, and interesting without being too touristy. All the touristic sights are easily accessible by metro or by ferry. The hosts are very kind and attentive. The room was cleaned every day and new water bottles were added each time. The room was cute, very convenient, and very clean. Value-wise, this is a really excellent place to stay while in Istanbul on the Asian side.

+ We love the neighborhood! We didn't have breakfast included, but they seemed to do well. There are many great places to eat in the area (including some very good Turkish breakfast places). They have an excellent garden area (this is where I saw other guests have breakfast) that is nice to hang out in. Very comfortable room, including the bed. − I can't think of anything. We will stay here again in the future!

A lovely and cozy stay in the heart of Kadıköy + We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a cozy and charming atmosphere, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen area in the basement, which opens onto a small gardenو such a cozy and lovely space to sit and relax. The complimentary minibar was also a really nice touch. The location is excellent in terms of convenience, very close to Kadıköy Market and the sea, with easy walking access to the main streets, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the ferry pier. However, if you are looking for a more upscale or elegant neighborhood, this is something you may want to consider before booking. That said, being so close to the market and the heart of Kadıköy can be a big advantage, especially if convenience and easy access are your priorities. − The only downside for us was the noise. The wooden window frames don’t provide much sound insulation, …

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird mit viel Liebe frisch zubereitet und auf der schönen Terrasse serviert. + We stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2026 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cozy. There was drinking water, tea, coffee, and a snack in the fridge - which was especially nice after a long flight. The view from the window was lovely, overlooking the streets of Istanbul. Free Wi-Fi is also available at the hotel. All the photos on the hotel’s profile are true to reality - the place is clean, beautiful, and cozy. It was a pleasure to spend the night here.
