Гарний апарт готель, смачні сніданки, непривітний до українців персонал в ресторані готелю + Номери стильні, готель біля моря, було класно зранку робити тренування на березі, а ввечері гуляти набережною. Смачні сніданки (по меню), вид на море. Дуже смачна їжа в ресторані (по меню, за окрему плату) − Трохи далеко від центру і основних місць в Батумі. В ресторані був один офіціант, котрий вперто хотів розмовляти зі мною російською, попри те, що я зверталася англійською.

Very delighted + The staff was amazing, especially David who was very nice and explained everything on our first day. The room was always clean and the water is always hot. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and also the grand mall. The hotel has its own restaurant and you get 10% discount for staying there and the food and service is amazing − The breakfast menu comes with 6 options so if you like buffet its not for you but still very tasty. If you want to rent a car in batumi, don't. There's barely any parking space and If you find a place don't move the car because you probably won't find another place

+ Очень милые девушки на рецепшине Роза, Кристина и Ирина! Спасибо - во всем помогали, сделали апгрейд номера! Вайвай стабильный, завтраки достойные, также есть скидка для гостей по сети ресторанов (отдельно хочу отметить окрошку в ресторане внизу - оба варианта очень вкусные!!!)

+ What we liked the most was the cleanliness. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The room was also spacious and comfortable. The location is quite good, with the beach nearby, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. − The only downside was our experience upon arrival. On the first day, we were welcomed by a receptionist named LIKA, who was quite unfriendly and didn’t even greet us. Unfortunately, this gave us a not-so-welcoming first impression. Other than that, everything was good.
