    + No food options at the hotel, uncomfortable bed, bedding were dingy, pillows were stained towels, were also gray and dingy

    + We were put in what you would call a brothel room because the hotel did not have elevators and we are seniors and couldn’t walk up three flights of stairs so they have these rooms available for four hours and that’s where they put us their bedding was gray and dingy their pillows were stained. We went to purchase pillows. They have a guard dog that is brought in apparently in the evening and it barks all night and we were on the first floor second room to where the dog is needless to say for three nights I probably slept a total of five hours and then had to leave and drive Four hours north

    + Staff didn’t have the room ready by 3 pm, but they were willing to accommodate me in a room I had been in before.
