+ Personnel très gentil. Mon conjoint avait oublié un item dans la chambre et il a été mis de côté par le personnel pendant 24 heures avant qu'on réalise l'oubli. On a pu le récupérer facilement. On a bien apprécié. − Rien.

Last minute overnight getaway, wonderful place to stay. + Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and love that they use a Earth friendly products. Great location - just far enough from the crowds but close to everything. Very peacefu. Love the coffee/snack shop!! − I have no complaints or recommendations of what to improve. Everything was great!!

Great home-base for a Niagara cycling adventure + Friendly and welcoming staff! This is an excellent homebase for your Niagara cycling adventure. Located off the Niagara Parkway bike trails with a short ride to the Floral Clock, hiking trails at the Niagara Glen, Falls or Niagara on the Lake. There was a microwave, coffee and tea available in the pantry for guests. Breakfast at the Kent Lounge was delicious! The room was spacious with a fireplace and couch - perfect for relaxing after cycling all day.

A unique yet disappointing experience + Location and friendly nature of the staff. Beds were comfortable. Easy checkin and out. Comp parking on site. − A chair in the room of the standard double queens would have been really helpful. While coffee etc is is in the pantry, for the accommodation cost I would have appreciated it in the room. There is no full length mirror. Overall the ac wasn't very efficient. We felt damp the whole time and my clothes have come home in the same condition. Perhaps a hazard of this summer's temperatures. I realize that we booked at the Peach Festival time with high occupancy but I really expected a bit more service for the price of a motel room, as unique as it is!

Exceptional Stay! + We absolutely adored the Kent Motel! It exceeded our expectations, regardless of all of the positive reviews already listed. It is such a quaint, quiet area to stay in Niagara Falls area. It is located halfway between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake with about a 15 minute drive needed either way. The surrounding area is quiet and absolutely beautiful. We would have loved to go on a bike ride from there but didn't have time. The facilities were gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous room, big and spacious and very clean. We loved the little touches of antique pieces. Would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family. − It would not be ideal for someone who wants to stay within walking distance of major attractions.

Loved every minute! + Amazing spot! Friendly staff and cutest rooms and decor. The cafe is also a great bonus! They also have rental bikes. − No notes, it was great.

We really loved our stay and would choose it again. + I really really enjoyed the cozy feel of a 2 story motel with a nice lounge downstairs along with outdoor seating.The staff were more than friendly and accommodating, and cheerful. I liked having a little outdoor cushioned bench between our rooms to take in the beauty of the neighborhood and the apple tree.Being in a neighborhood and near to the water was also a bonus, and quiet. It felt like a serene village with a few lovely streets to walk in. Very clean and clever or uniquely decorated also.So it felt cozier and one of a kind. It was easy to chat with other guests coming and going.It felt a bit like an INN or a BnB which I like.The drive to the town was gorgeous! and a good distance from all that action. − I echo what other reviews said about the annoying on/ off loud air conditioning, disturbing sleep. ugh.
