Luxury Stay at Reasonable prices + It was stunning! The first building and outside area are beautiful. As soon as you open the doors luxury just hits you. The staff are amazing. Happy to help in any way, breakfast was brilliant. We will definitely be back! − It’s was very warm in the room. We couldn’t find a thermostat and the radiator was off. Tbf, we didn’t ask for assistance from the staff but I’m sure if we did it would’ve been fixed.

Great find! + Lovely hotel, lovely staff, lovely breakfast, clean and well maintained. − Only downside experienced was the extra sofa bed mattress which was super uncomfortable

Exceeded expectations and the staff were wonderful + I was very kindly upgraded for free to the honeymoon sweet as a little surprise and it was gorgeous. The staff were soo friendly, helped arrange our taxi's and made the stay very special. Breakfast was great too with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay again if im in the area.

Service was good but beds were not up to expectations + The staff were very helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant was prompt and accommodating − The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and small. I had springs in my back and did not sleep well. The room was supposed to be for 4 but not in my mind. The double bed was big enough but the pullout would not sleep 2 adults comfortably

Enjoyable + Great location − I only found one fault and that was the bed, mattress very uncomfortably it needs replacing

Was ok but could have been better! + Size of the room! − Room was above the function suite ! Therefore room was very noisy and the floor vibrated with the music! Should have been informed before I upgraded room! Fire alarm went off 4 times during stay because of band smoke ! Although we did receive a discount !!

Will not be back in a hurry if ever + Staff very pleasant − Bed very uncomfortable. House keeping lax. Were not told our room was no use for elderly since no lift or help with bags.

Good but overpriced + The staff and hotel are excellent this was the second time we stayed however will not use again as price of 170 for one night is very overpriced. The only issue with the decor is the carpets seem very old and worn. − Staff
