+ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo solo una notte, posizione ottima per raggiungere l'aeroporto con servizio navetta disponibile anche la notte. Purtroppo non abbiamo fatto in tempo ad usufruire della piscina e del servizio lavanderia messo a disposizione della struttura. Staff gentile e disponibile.

+ Location was perfect since we were just staying 1 night before heading to the airport. Free shuttle service, nice swimming pool and a nice gym too. − The restaurant has many options on the menu but most of them were sold out so a bit disappointed with that.

Voor een overnachting prima + De kamers − Het restaurant. Veel op de nasty was niet aanwezig. Zelfs geen blikje cola.

+ De kamer was ruim en netjes. − De elektrische draden met verlichting die boven het zwembad hingen zijn onverantwoord. Teveel product in het zwembadwater. Het zwembad voldeed dus niet aan de verwachtingen. Er wordt slechts één sleutelkaart voor de kamer afgeleverd.

Run away! Although convenient location vs airport, do few extra miles for better place − This stop has been the wors experience in Sumatra during our 3 weeks trip. Front desk was terrible (angry women almost yelling at us for asking questions,, no way to arrange paying cash - credit card mandatory, we had to pay shuttle supposedly free, hotel card not working 2 times, restaurant has been the worst food we eat in Indonesia (frozen fish, cols pastas, long wait...),

Good for a one night stay. + Close to the airport. − For some strange reason they gave me as a solo traveller a room with four beds in it. Also the bar is too expensive.

+ Vooral dat het dicht bij het vliegveld lag, dat we er alle maaltijden konden verkrijgen! Dat we er konden zwemmen!! Tussendoor gang mogelijk tussen kamers onze zoons en wij!! − Van 1 dag niet te zeggen

Da muss man durch... + nahe am Flughafen − Familienzimmer waren nicht wie beschrieben, statt Doppelbetten wurden in einem Zimmer Klappbetten eingeschoben, im anderen Matratzen auf den Boden gelegt. Beinahe keinen Flughafentransfer bekommen weil jede Stunde nur 10 Plätze verfügbar sind und zu wenige übrig waren. Wir mussten die Sitze doppelt besetzen. Das Essen im Restaurant hat 1 Stunde gebraucht, kam dann kalt zum Tisch, gesehen haben wirs schon länger wo es zwischengeparkt und abgekühlt wurde. Der Fisch war nicht durchgegart. Essen war sehr teuer dafür wend wenig.
