Brilliant + The hotel is close to the beach, the location is ok, the staff, I think the one wearing glasses is quite cute and friendly, the rest is OK for me.

− Once I arrived they told me they didn't have a room for me even though I booked it online. Then they sent me away and didn't help me with anything further.

+ Close to beach, good restaurants nearby , elevator, hot water . − Food from previous occupation in drawer, lot of black hair in toilet , bed cover had not been changed and had crusty stains, inappropriate communication in relation to my granddaughter. Tried to get us to share a room when we had booked 2 rooms. Came through at last minute after day of messaging. Very tiring

+ Where should i start, signs right at the start that i made a big mistake booking at this hotel. The staff at the counter was unsure weather we had a booking there even tho i had a confirmation email, after 10-15 minutes he found my booking. Then gave me a key to a room that didn’t look like it had been clean before we got there...made a complaint straight away demanding to be moved to a new room, staff said they were full, did not apologise for the room being dirty and unclean. Later that night heard the sounds of cochroaches crawling aound the bed again notified staff and he came up with spray to spray the room to wake up the next morning with dead cochroaches everywhere and ants all over them. Checked out the next day after returning from a tour we had booked. And demanded a full refund, please stay clear of this hotel dodgy and dirty and very unprofessional.
