Beautiful hotel, lovely staff but beach disappointing + Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices and a lovely setting overlooking the coastline. The rooms and balcony were of a good size and the free minibar was perfect to get you through the day. − Unfortunately with climate change the beach was not very good, we were sometimes closed off for walking certain ways and strangers had to walk across the front of our sunbeds as there was no sand for them to walk on. The hotel publishes about beach erosion on their website, also quite a lot of the beach was very dirty with plastics etc

+ We had one of the bungalows on the beach front which are excellent. Really nice clean hotel with all the facilities you could need. Very large pool - which we used every morning before swimming in the sea in the afternoon. − Nothing

5 Stars Exceptional Resort + The Spa was exceptional The staff on all levels were lovely Perfect location on the beach Gardens were beautiful and palm trees lined the beach. Cocktail beach front bar to enjoy the Sunset I couldn't fault Famiana Resort & Spa − There was construction next door which I was not aware of. I asked to be moved and they moved me to a less noisy room.

+ Отель тихий, зелёный, но подуставший. Но это не критично. Персонал дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь, если что попросишь, делают Завтраки однообразные, но голодными не останетесь. Кто любит поспать, завтрак точно не проспит. Полотенца меняют каждый день. А вот с водой и напитками происходило как получится. То забудут доложить, то лишнее принесут... Пляж убирают, песок жёлтый и скрипит. Есть тренажерный зал, но он больше для галочки. − Не знаю как в других номерах, но у нас были сдвинуты 2 кровати, получилась типа одна большая. Из-за того, что кровати были сдвинуты, то за подушкой оказались розетка и выключатели, что содействовало внеплановым включениям света среди ночи Неудобная расстановка мебели в номере. При открытом шкафе входная дверь уже не открывается. Сам шкаф тоже неудобный. Нам не хватало полочек, чтобы разложить вещи. На 6 плечиков тоже много не развесишь. Вода, конечно, к отелю не относятся, и нам, надеюсь, просто не повезло. Зацвели водоросли, вода была мутно…

Topresort! + Alles! Mooie ruime kamers, mooi rustig strand, groot ontbijtbuffet, gezellige strandbar, straat met enorm veel keuze aan restaurants. Elke dag kayak en sup. Topresort! − Niets!

Excellent séjour dans un superbe hôtel très bien situé ! + Cadre parfait. Hôtel très beau. Espaces communs bien entretenus. Belle plage. Grande piscine. − Manque d’ambiance en soirée. Bar ouvert pas assez tard.

Prima verblijf op een mooi kleinschalig resort. + Vriendelijk personeel. Foutjes werden snel gecorrigeerd. Attent dat we een high tea complimentary kregen aangeboden. Resort is netjes onderhouden. − Weinig strand, veel was weggeslagen. In de buurt van het hotel lagen best veel vervallen en verlaten panden. Communicatie was best wel lastig.

+ Чистенько, зелено, хорошие завтраки. − В целом отель неплохой, море в этом месте не самое лучшее на острове. Однако отель показался мне несколько клиентонеориентированным, попросил за несколько дней до заселения отменить бронь, отвечали 3 суток, в итоге просто послали, хотя могли предложить отменить со штрафом или какой нибудь еще вариант. На уменьшение срока проживания также не пошли, сказали: ну деньги ведь уже у нас, мы ничего не возвращаем. Также в отеле есть бесплатный трансфер из и в аэропорт, попросил забрать из соседнего отеля, который находится в 300 метрах, написали, что забирают только из аэропорта. В чем заключалась сложность, я так и не понял.

Disappointed + Nice location on the beach. Fantastic Japanese restaurant across the road was the highlight of our stay. Reception area and front if house staff were all lovely − It's 3 star at best. Staff totally disinterested and not even any eye contact. Breakfast offerings gs out for 7 hours and Luke warm or stale mostly unappetising and unhygienic. Mini bar was a joke, a can or coke and lemonade with cheap snacks does not constitute a mini bar. The pool area was very tired and shoddy. We booked the ocean front Villa. Worst and most expensive stay in our 1 month Vietnam holiday

Quiet and relaxing resort. Loved the breakfast and signature cocktails. The grounds and gardens are immaculate. + Spacious, welcoming, clean and neat. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The included breakfast was amazing. − Not located near major tourist attractions, so transport is required
