Worst experience + Nothing. The resort has become worst. Complains not entertained. Poor food quality. Mess, dirty, no pest control in room − Everything. The property is very poorly managed now. Gone are the times of Subroto Roy when the resort was superb. Now it's dirty, boring, poor food quality, no pest control, wait for check in over 40 mins showing they have too much work. Very poorly managed. Dirty rooms, no pest control. AC not working. Water dripping from washroom shower area. Cockroach in the room. Hole in the bedsheet. The intercom doesn't work. I have to call on mobile for help.

It was good. Nice for a getaway + It was very quiet and peaceful. Cottages were quite nice as well − There was an opening in the room from which a rat entered while we were asleep
