+ What made our stay exceptional was Howie the manager. My family arrived after us and wanted to stay at Sandy Feet as well. But there wasn't enough room for everyone but Howie found a place close by for them... that's not his job but he went that extra mile and that makes the difference

This place is the bees knees highly recommend Howie is a top man + I liked the clear communication,how helpful the host was and the super clean and comfortable rooms this place is the bees knees super close to everything in new Brighton Howie is a top man very helpful and the rooms bathroom etc is super clean tidy and the beds so comfortable ya carnt go wrong − Everything was tip top nothing bad at all
