+ Nuestra estancia aquí fue tranquila. Estaba a poca distancia a pie de los mercados locales y del centro. La comunicación a través de la aplicación fue un gran añadido y el servicio de transporte de recogida/entrega también fue conveniente. También encontramos una hermosa cafetería: The Memory café, cerca. No dudaríamos en alojarnos aquí de nuevo ni en recomendar a amigos y familiares que se alojen aquí. ¡Gracias por nuestra estancia!

Muy recomendable, no te decepcionará + Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Bell. La villa estaba impecable, espaciosa, privada y preciosa, con una piscina encantadora y todo lo que puedas desear. La app era genial para solicitar servicios como el autobús lanzadera o la limpieza a una hora concreta; sin embargo, la característica estrella fue Annie en recepción, quien no podría haber sido más servicial. Nos dio un número de WhatsApp para contactarla durante nuestra estancia y tuvimos una pequeña emergencia médica, ¡y respondió a mi mensaje de medianoche llamando a un médico cuando ni siquiera estaba de turno! Un lugar realmente encantador y relajante para alojarse, muy recomendable, nos encantaría volver algún día.

Vale, alojamiento para una familia de 4 + 1 bebé + El viaje no empezó bien debido a la confusa función de búsqueda de Hotels.com. Utiliza "habitaciones" como criterio de búsqueda, así que si buscas 2 habitaciones, y buscas 2 habitaciones, aunque elijas UNA villa con 2 habitaciones, acabas reservando 2 villas, que es lo que nos pasó. El hotel tuvo la amabilidad de reembolsarnos 3 noches de 5 cuando nos dimos cuenta al hacer el check-in. La estancia estuvo bien. No hay restaurante en el recinto, lo que al final resultó un poco aburrido dado el menú limitado para 5 noches. Tienes que reservarlo todo (limpieza, retirada de bandejas de comida, etc.) a través de una app - tu franja horaria seleccionada no está garantizada. La comunicación en la app también se volvió un poco frustrante porque surgieron contratiempos (la limpieza no apareció, o apareció a la hora equivocada cuando el bebé estaba durmiendo la siesta). Aun así, el personal fue agradable y siempre sonriente, lo cual ayuda. En retrospectiva, probablemente habríamos preferido algún lugar frente a la playa para tener algo de variedad de vistas (estábamos viajando…

+ We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

An amazing place to stay! + We had an amazing stay at the Bell Pool Villas and can’t wait to return! The accommodation is ideal for a larger family with older children. It’s very spacious and one of the largest in Phuket. The pool is absolutely amazing and it’s huge! Surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden. It really does feel like you’re in paradise. The staff are amazing and go over and above to ensure you are happy. A big shout out to Melody, Annie and Rose, who made our stay so special. Melody in particular was fabulous and booked all our experiences and some amazing restaurants for us too, thank you! We will be back again soon!

Romantic Getaway + Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

Very very nice + We moved to The Bell after our first villa in Kamala failed to meet the standard that was promised on the booking site. The Bell was very very good! We had a lovley 3 bedroom Villa for 5 nights. The villa was good and the service was excellent. We can recommend the in villa dining option where you order through The Bells own app

Perfect for Muslim travellers!!!! + Amazing!The villa is clean and beautiful, peaceful, serene and fully private.Halal food options and such attentive staff. Not beachfront but they provide free shuttle services through and from the beach. Everything is ordered through an App which is so convenient and effective. We had the In villa BBQ dinner which was delicious and special. My boys loved every bit of the resort and is planning to be back again soon!

Private pool villa allowing privacy and quiet + Great idea to have a cluster of rooms as a private pool villa within a services resort. The service was all on app. We had to preorder whatever we needed - limited drinks service and a nice 3 course breakfast preordered was delivered hot. Rooms were comfortable, pool was clean, nice living dining space. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out. They have a massage service which can be pre booked too. Great value for money and close proximity to Kamala beach
