Bello ma se sei fortunato + Posizione ottimale e piscina a sfioro con vista sulla città. Ottima e abbondante la colazione a buffet, dolce e salata. Veloce il servizio di lavanderia. − Abbiamo prenotato due stanze. Una di queste al 5° piano era accogliente e ben organizzata con ampio terrazzo con vista sulla città, mentre l'altra al 1° piano era più ampia ma molto umida con muffa sulle pareti e soffitto e prese elettriche scoperte e di fronte all'ingresso dell'area ristorante, quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Dopo varie lamentele ci è stata data un'altra stanza al 5° piano, con vista sulla città e ampio terrazzo ma anche questa con problemi di umidità sul soffitto e odore sgradevole .

Solid option for a short stay + The Sapa Village hotel was in a convenient location to the Lake, our onward bus transport and a very easy and nice walk (by the lake) to the 'centre' of Sapa (tourist area). The property stiill had some pretty lovely views of the beautiful surrounds (for being in Sapa itself). The staff were friendly, we also enjoyed breakfast and although the weather didn't allow for a swim at the pool - it looked really cool! The room was a good size, and well laid out. − While the surface level cleanliness was very good, the property is in need of some maintenance and upgrading. Mainly that the room had that damp feeling, although it was okay compared to the bathroom. Maybe not all of the bathrooms were like it, but ours had some serious mould/damp issues, and it genuinely felt hard to breathe each time you had to go in. I totally understand that it's difficult to maintain given the natural environment (which we witnessed with the rain, heat, humidity and then ev…

+ En general todo bien, pero nada extraordinario, la piscina correcta, el desayuno limitado, pero correcto, etc − El personal muy atento, pero era difícil entenderse, mi inglés tal vez no es muy bueno, pero en otros hoteles me entiendo perfectamente. En este caso, no.

Güzel ve keyifli zaman geçirdim. Teşekkürler 🙏 + Konumu güzel, merkeze yakın. Odalara çıkan sevimli bir asansörü var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımcı ve ilgililer. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli. Havuz manzarası gerçekten çok hoş. − Kaldığımız katta çalışma vardı ama çok dert etmedim. Fakat 503 nolu odanın cam kenarında ki yatağı kontrol etseniz iyi olur( ahşap yatak kenarlar ve yatak başı sebebi ile böceklenme yapmış) not: ben yine çok dert etmedim :)

+ La camera vista città dal terzo piano, doccia ben funzionante, letto comodo, posizionato vicino al centro. Consiglio di prendere la camera sui piani alti. − Camera non assolutamente spaziosa come indicato nella prenotazione, I rumori dei lavori di una struttura loro adiacente hanno provocato materiale polveroso sui nostri abiti appesi alle sedie fuori la porta.

+ Superb, my family enjoyed so much staying Sapa Village Hotel. The breakfast is delicious, pool is clean, receptionist is so accommodating. Enjoyed the view from our hotel. We love eating on terrace while enjoying the view. ❤️❤️ We'll surely book here if we will be coming back to SAPA.
