Book somewhere else − I wouldn’t recommend booking here. We were half way to Vietnam on a layover in China when I suddenly got a message saying our booking was cancelled because they overbooked. We had to scramble to rebook something the day we landed which cause unnecessary stress to the trip.

Beds not comfy − Beds are sturdy; the cleaner came to clean our room even with us present inside (like what?)

Poor facilities, unacceptable customer service with repeated payment harassment pre-check in. + None − I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed. The Superior Twin Room I booked appeared smaller than the pictures on the web; it was uncomfortable. The beds are very hard, making it difficult for my kids to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tiny-the distance between the toilet seat and the shower is only about 30cm, making it very cramped. The shower water pressure as also very weak and drained slowly. The room has two double beds but only two electrical outlets, which were barely enough for charging 4 phones and not sufficient for other devices such as Ipads. There is none mirror in the room and there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom for using a hair dryer. The biggest issue was the hotel's customer service. Before I even checked in, staff repeatedly texted me demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation if I did not pay immedi…

Disappointment − The beds are extremely hard. The most uncomfortable ones in our 2 weeks in Vietnam. The room was nothing like the photos. The paint should be refreshed. The metal doors to the bathroom were full of rust.
