The worse communication and guest experience − Unfortunately, our experience at Ghazala Gardens was very disappointing, especially when it came to the service and communication. At check-in, not a single person explained that the resort had activities or events taking place. We only discovered that these things existed on our LAST night, which was extremely frustrating because we would have absolutely participated had we known. Guests should be informed about what the resort offers when they arrive. The food options were also very limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A lot of the food was dry, unseasoned, or simply did not taste good. When we first entered our room, the bathroom smelled HORRIBLE and was practically unbearable. We called reception and were told someone would come to take care of it. Twelve hours passed and nobody came. I called again and explained that I was STILL waiting for someone to clean the bathroom. At the same time, I requested an additional vanity chair.…

Fantastic resort, amazing staff, beautiful pools, great beach access and a perfect locaction. + We had a wonderful stay at Ghazala Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh and would happily return. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really made the holiday special was the people. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. From the towel attendants and bar staff to the restaurant team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The animation team were fantastic and kept guests entertained throughout the day and evening. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team, who were absolutely amazing. The room was spotless and surprised us with creative towel displays, making different animals and beautiful decorations on the bed. It was such a lovely touch and always put a smile on our faces when we returned to our room. + Posizione ottima centrale rispetto i diversi punti di riferimento, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. − La cucina è molto deludente, i dolci sono immangiabili, abbiamo bevuto un drink con il ghiaccio e fatalità poi siamo stati male, abbiamo dovuto chiamare 3 volte perchè in bagno non andava la doccia e la pressione dell'acqua era troppo debole. Al check out, ripetutamente ci è stato chiesto di fare una valutazione 10 stelle. La spiaggia di fronte, nonostante i molti cestini è indicente, piena di mozziconi di sigarette anche in acqua e plastica ovunque. Rispetto le altre spiagge l'acqua è marrone, comodo solo che sia sabbioso.

+ Ottima posizione, 1 minuto a piedi da nama bay e dalla spiaggia, situato sulla strada principale che collega i vari punti di interesse di Sharm. Spiaggia molto bella, mare trasparente, ombrelloni molto grandi, lettini comodi e forniscono teli mare puliti ogni giorno con la card towel che danno al momento del check in. Personale accogliente e disponibile, l’ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare il late check out (a pagamento) siccome avevamo il volo di ritorno la sera tardi, e Ossama, il ragazzo alla reception, ci detto ha detto gentilmente che loro non dispongono di questo servizio, quindi non potevano lasciarci la stanza ma che era possibile usufruire del resort anche dopo il check out per utilizzare la spiaggia, consumare cibo e bevande e per la doccia ci avrebbero dato una stanza per 30 min per fare la doccia. La pulizia della camera eccellente grazie a Abo Elizayed che ogni giorno ci faceva trovare una figura nuova fatta con gli asciugamani. Anche i ragazzi che si t…

+ L'accoglienza da parte della nostra referente Tatiana dove ci ha fatto sentire coccolati, e tutto lo staff del Hotel. − Esserci ritrovati senza acqua per poterci docciare, per bene 3 volte. Direi un occhio di riguardo ai bagni adiacenti alla hall più volte sprovvisto di carta e sapone mani in più molto sporchi.
