+ This is an excellent hotel. I arrived very late on the night of check-in, but the reception staff waited for me the whole time and escorted me to my room. The room was clean and spacious, the location was great, and it offered really good value for money. On top of that, the staff kindly gave me a free ride to the bus stop when I left. All in all, everything was perfect.

Fabulous, welcoming, charming and LOVELY ! <3 + The staff is absolutely amazing and exceptionally friendly, they treat you as a friend and they are very welcoming! The breakfast is good and it has good value for the money. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I also liked the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located close to the beach. You can truly relax here and enjoy your stay to teh fullest. − nothing

La familia de Marsa alam :) + El personal muy amabable y cercano, el dueño nos llevaba a las playas, al centro, o a donde necesitara, tenían facilidades con los pagos y también era muy limpio, yo andaba viajando sola y se sintió como una familia :) iba por 3 días y me quedé una semana

+ I had a very pleasant stay at The Reef House Hotel in Marsa Alam. What truly made the difference was the staff! Always kind, available, and genuinely helpful. They supported me not only in organizing my daily activities, but also went the extra mile by assisting me in obtaining a refund after an excursion didn’t go as planned. This level of care is something you don’t find everywhere. A special thanks to Ali, Marcelo, and Budi for their hospitality and constant support. In particular, Budi was incredibly attentive! after I had already checked out, I accidentally left my phone in the room, and he immediately contacted me to make sure I got it back. Highly recommended for both the atmosphere and the outstanding service!

+ I proprietari (Assan e la moglie), il team (in particolare Marcelo e Budy) sono molto accoglienti. Attenti alle esigenze del clienti e a disposizione. La zona è tranquilla, con una bella spiaggia libera. Vicinissima (5 minuti a piedi) dal porto presso cui partono le escursioni per Samadai Bay (Dolphin house), e a 2 km dal centro paese. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo sia per colazione, sia per cena, con pietanze cucinate al momento. Un modo più rilassante di vivere e scoprire Marsa Alam. Consigliata!

Bella esperienza + Zona tranquilla a 3 km dal centro di Marsa Alam, intorno all'hotel era tutto in costruzione x 2 notti va bene, le spiagge belle sono a 1 ora di taxi, noi siamo stati a Sham al luli tipo Maldive. Personale gentile e cortese cibo buono. − Zona un po' lontano dal centro

− Più che un B&b sembrava di essere in un cantiere a cielo aperto. Intorno alla struttura cantieri aperti in stato di abbandono, accampamenti di beduini con cani e galline annesse. Scarsa la pulizia delle camere, dei servizi igienici e di tutti gli ambienti circostanti. La colazione un vero disastro,nessuna possibilità di scelta. Per la serie: o ti mangi sta minestra o ti butti dalla finestra. I tempi di attesa per una colazione variavano tra i 30 e i 40 minuti. Tutta la struttura veniva “gestita” da 3 ragazzini che avevano tra i 16 e i 20 anni. A malincuore devo ammettere che non c’è nemmeno lontanamente la cultura di accoglienza e di turismo. Ideale solo per sostare una o al massimo due notti.

Consigliamo piuttosto un resort con tutto compreso lontano da Marsa Alam poiché la cittadina non offre nulla e bisogna o + Il proprietario ci ha dato attrezzatura da snorkelling gratis I camerieri/ aiutanti del manager erano molto gentili e disponibili sebbene parlassero pochissimo inglese e fossero chiaramente alle prime armi Trasporto organizzato dall’hotel verso Luxor a 65€ a persona e autista molto bravo − La posizione era scomodissima, lontana da tutte le spiagge belle poiché quelle nelle vicinanze sono sporche e trasandate e la zona è un enorme cantiere a cielo aperto di alberghi iniziati e non finiti e cumuli di macerie, quindi abbiamo dovuto farci portare con taxi convenzionato dalla struttura ovunque, addirittura abbiamo dovuto pagare 5€ a testa solo per farci portare fino a un ATM e prelevare perché non accettano carta di credito in hotel e in generale pressoché ovunque. Riepilogo costi per informazione degli utenti: 4€ cad colazione, 8€ pranzo, 10€ cena, 15€ a testa per …

Excellent rapport qualité prix + Le personnel et le propriétaire Amr sont très gentils. Le restaurant est très bon. Les gérants ont fait en sorte à ce que j’ai tous ce qu’il me fallait. J’y retournerais ! − L’établissement est un peu loin du centre ville mais il est très facile de prendre un taxi.

Súper Recomendado!! + Fue nuestro hotel preferido en todo nuestro viaje por Egipto. La calidez humana y la atención de TODO su personal fue excepcional. Cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios para brindar comfort y comodidad a sus huéspedes. Muy atentos al detalle, ayudándonos en todas nuestras peticiones. Las habitaciones son amplias y su cama muy cómoda. Cuentan con servicio de taxi para desplazarse en Marsa Alam en un carro eléctrico climatizado muy cómodo. Pudimos apreciar que están desarrollando nuevos productos y mejoras en su hotel para próximos visitantes. No se pierdan de visitar su terraza con su carpa al estilo beduino y una vista preciosa al mar. Súper recomendado!
