Perfect + The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The airconditioning worked well and the shower was comfortable too. The swimming pool was very nice and the gym also, although not everything worked. − The rooms and the hotel was pretty dark inside, but if you kept the lights on all day it was fine. Also it was hard to find a taxi in the area.

هدوء راحة نقاهة نوم عميق. + هدوء ونظافة وقمة وروعة بتعامل والاخلاق وكلشي جميل وراقي الموظفون بمنتهى الروعة والرقي. واخص منهم موظفة الاستقبال مريم روعة في الاسلوب والتعامل وصاحبة وجه بشوش ومرح تكاد لاتفارقها الابتسامة. وكذلك جيهان بنت مؤدبة وخلوقه وبشوشه بصورة عامه كل شيء جميل. 🌹🌹🌹

− The internet connection is extremely poor and unreliable. In some rooms, there is almost no Wi-Fi signal at all, and the mobile network coverage is also very weak or completely unavailable. This makes it very difficult to stay connected or even use basic online services. For a hotel, especially nowadays, reliable internet access should be considered an essential service. Unfortunately, this has been another disappointing part of my stay.

Counting down to my blocking this hotel from my future stay + Some staff members are friendly, smiling, and very helpful, while unfortunately, others are quite the opposite and need to improve the way they deal with guests. − Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not as good as I expected. The refrigerator in my room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it took a very long time to resolve. I had to stay awake until around 3:00 AM waiting for the refrigerator to be replaced. I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently, especially since guests should not have to stay awake until the early hours of the morning just to have a basic room facility fixed. Overall, the way the issue was handled negatively affected my stay.

+ The property is located close to the service area, where I have some work. − They never respond to your questions through the app messages. I booked the property for two nights, but I only stayed for one night. I requested a refund for the second night, but I haven’t received any response.
