+ Een geweldig hotel met fantastische service! ❤️ Het personeel is echt super en geeft de beste service. Vooral het receptiepersoneel is geweldig. Ze helpen je met alles en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Ook bij de zee is de service fantastisch. Je hoeft alleen maar je hand op te steken en voor je het weet staan ze al bij je bed om te vragen wat je wilt drinken. Gewoon super! Ahmed, Melad, Mahmoud en Bassam hebben echt een topservice gegeven. En nee, ze zitten absoluut niet om fooien te vragen of hun hand uit te steken. Ze willen je gewoon graag verwelkomen en ervoor zorgen dat je een fijne tijd hebt. Ook bij het zwembad zijn de medewerkers ontzettend vriendelijk. Je wordt echt behandeld als een koning of koningin. Als vrouw die alleen reist, voelde ik mij hier ontzettend veilig en op mijn gemak. Wat ik ook heel prettig vond, is dat iedere taxi en Uber die gasten ophaalt of wegbrengt bij het resort wordt geregistreerd. Er is overal security aanwezig,…

+ Most of Staff was friendly and helpful specially Mr. Ahmed Ragab in Reception and Gomaa Ali in Restaurant. Nubian buildings style is beautiful. And good for relaxation. − The drinks policy should be improved, as too many beverages have extra charges despite the hotel being all-inclusive!! You will walk and take time in that so be ready.

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist die Anlage insgesamt okay, vor allem wegen des Strandes, der Unterwasserwelt und der ruhigen + Positiv hervorzuheben sind definitiv der Strand, die schöne Meereswelt und die Lage des Hotels. Es gibt einige wirklich schöne Stellen zum Schnorcheln. Das Hotel stellt außerdem kostenlos Schnorchelausrüstung und Schwimmwesten für Nichtschwimmer zur Verfügung – das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Hotel war insgesamt ruhig und entspannend, ohne störenden Lärm. Auch das Animationsteam war sehr nett und engagiert. Das WLAN hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert. Positiv fand ich außerdem, dass das Management mit Beschwerden relativ gut und lösungsorientiert umgegangen ist. − Leider gab es aber auch einige negative Punkte. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich das Rezeptionsteam. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten teilweise unfreundlich, wenig kooperativ und nicht besonders flexibel. Das war für mich einer der größten Kritikpunkte.
