We specifically booked this apartment because of how it was presented in the listing. The photographs showed a bright, spacious, modern, and inviting apartment. However, upon arrival, we were given an entirely different apartment that bore virtually no resemblance to what had been advertised. The apartment we received was: * Significantly smaller than the one shown in the listing. * Extremely dark and claustrophobic, with virtually no natural light. * Impossible to ventilate properly, as there was no practical way to open a window. * Equipped with a broken air conditioning system, making the apartment almost unbearable during the high summer temp…

Desepcion + El barrio − No era el departamento que me mostraron en las fotos. Además las ventanas del dormitorio eran fijas, no se podía ventilar y la temperatura del departamento no bajaba los 30°C. En resumen imposible de vivir.

Compact well equipped flat in good location if you like to get away from busyness in the evening. Avoid in very hot weat + Compact, everything we needed for a short self catering holiday. Balcony for sitting out on. Location good if you like quieter evenings - a 15min walk to the ferry to Amsterdam central, A’DAM tower, bike hire. NDSM attractions a similar walk, bus stops just around the corner for easy access to Central, NDSM or out to Zaanse Schans. Check in and PIN security worked really well. − Balcony was shared with 2 other properties (round 2 corners of the building but no dividers). Door to balcony was only opening window so couldn’t be left open overnight. Our daughter was in the sofa bed right next to it. Room temperature was high, cooler outside air and breeze welcome while door was open, we had fan on all night which made it very comfortable but lack of ventilation a bit of an issue. Was 19-22degrees during our stay, didn’t get flat below 26.5, if the weather had been h…

Molto confortevole e accogliente + Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e piacevolmente interessante da visitare. Facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici a circa 15 minuti di camminata. Cucina sufficientemente attrezzata per preparare qualche pasto. Disponibilità di capsule per caffè, thè e zucchero. Gradita anche l'acqua fresca nel frigorifero. E' presente il detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Noi siamo stati benissimo − Mancanza di aria condizionata, ma viste le temperature piacevoli, non era necessaria

+ This was a lovely little apartment in a great location. It was clean and we felt safe. − The apartment was constantly heated to 26 degrees despite the fact we adjusted the thermostat, making it uncomfortable at night. We contacted the management who promised someone would investigate the issue but sadly it wasn't fixed.
