+ The room was large and clean with coffee making facilities and double-glazed windows so noise from outside was quite low. − The building is however quite old and noise can be heard between the rooms. Footsteps from upstairs and neighbours using the bathroom, people passing by in the corridor. Given the price, breakfast on site would have been appreciated.

Hôtel agréable + Très bien placé et le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. − Un peu bruyant côté place à cause du tram et une terrasse de café mais ça s'arrête vers 23h. Petit déjeuner certes gratuit mais pas de produit frais.

Den Haag mit Charakter + Schönes Hotel mit viel Charakter, sehr ruhig,sehr sauber. Gute Ausstattung, unten gibt es guten Kaffee gratis. Würde ich wieder wählen. − Das Haus ist hellhörig, vom Getrappel im Zimmer über mir bin ich morgens mehrnals aufgewacht. Ich schlafe eigentlich tief.

Lovely room. + My room was really beautiful. One of the staff mentioned it was their favourite room. A bath! Lovely view! spacious! − Communication - I thought was poor. Strange online checkin system that requires you to sign up or have an account ... I didn't do that, then when I showed up the reception is locked with no-one there ... (at the normal 3pm check in time) - I rang them ... someone came after a bit and let me in.... Seemed strange to me.
