Close to town but too loud + Amazing location in terms of how close it was to town but it was way too loud. The staff were amazing and the beds were comfy. It was very clean too − It was way too loud, you could hear every little thing, people walking so loudly above us. Bedrooms are absolutely tiny and the plugs were wayyyy too far

More than words! + Spacious lobby lounge and cafe area. The bed and toilet were cleaned. The hotel is conveniently located. Helpful receptionist when we checked in. − The hotel carpet looks dirty and the followings: My booking included the breakfast. When I checked in, the receptionist could't identify that breakfast was included. She spent a bit to checked and finally confirmed. By then I expected she had updated the hotel system. On the next day, we went for breakfast, the restaurant lady couldn't find that breakfast was included so we were not eligible. She asked the supervisor's help but still still failed to find my breakfast record in the system. WORST, there was another family came. Supposedly the staff should validate this family's eligibility too before letting them in. However, the lady just let them be seated because she and the computer were engaged with my validation. I asked why she could let them in and she replied that she would checked when my validation w…

my husband is disabled couldn’t use the stairs and lift was broke + good location − damp smell in room lift was broke

Very nice and relaxing + Meals were perfect and staff were lovely. We found Molly to be really accomodating and very nice. − Floor boards a bit creaky in corridor and lift was broken but I'm being picky hotel was great

Comfortable and clean but the quality of the produce used for breakfast could be better + The room was clean − The quality of the food at breakfast was not the best. The selection of food was good but the quality of the produce was not the best. The black pudding was poor quality, the sausages were mainly filler - not very good. The bacon was tough. Eggs, beans and mushrooms were fine - but you can’t go wrong with them.

Ok ruined by the scratches on my car don’t feel safe + Everything just upset as someone scratched my car overnight & I wanted the car reg so that I can inform the police & insurance company and was refused − As above

+ Good breakfast with attentive staff. Went out of their way to provide items not on the buffet. − The third sleeping bed was horrible. U could feel the metal frame through the mattress. We asked for a second mattress on top but they only covered the frame with towels. I would say u cannot sleep 3 with the sofa bed provided. The lift was not working and we had to haul 3 large cases up flight of stairs. The girl at reception offered help but it was a gesture rather than a service that maybe should have been provided if the lift was out. There were only 2 ladies on duty as we arrived relatively late in the evening. WiFi also was terrible.
