    + The staff were very fiendly approachable and were very helpful. The Hotels location to the cities landmarks. It was clean and tidy. And the fantastic view from the large window over looking Leicester Square and as a bonus of this we were able to watch the red carpet event for Practical Magic 2 were we were also able to see the cast of the film. − Only one lift working and the one that was working was slow. The noise from the nightclub next door especially on the Friday and Saturday night's were the music was exceptionally loud and you could feel the vibration of the base throughout the room. The slamming of the doors by other guests being inconsiderate (a simple door closure on the doors would help to eleviate this problem.
