We had a pleasant and hassle-free trip; we returned rested and happy. + The reception staff were absolutely lovely. We felt cared for with genuine concern from the moment we checked in; communication was clear, and there were no issues whatsoever. The hotel's décor didn't disappoint either - we were given a beautiful, spotless room. The property closes the entrance for the night, which provided an extra sense of safety, and its location is a huge plus, too - just five minutes from the DLR station and the bus stop. If we ever return to London, we’ll definitely come back here. − The walls between the rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. We didn't encounter any noisy neighbors, but I think it would have been bothersome if we had.
