+ The pool was nice. The rooms were fine. − I asked them to freeze a gel pack for me and paid extra to get a room with a minifridge, as we had medication that needed refrigeration. They had the gel pack for 2 nights. When I went to retrieve it upon checking out for a daylong car trip, it was not frozen. It was barely cold. I don't know what failure happened but it was extremely upsetting. Luckily our tour company had a cooler and were able to get ice for it to keep it cold during the trip.

Hotel magnifique à 2 km du site de Palenque + Tout. L'hôtel est implanté dans la forêt à 1,5 km du site de Palenque. Les chambres sont dans des petits bâtiments réparties dans la forêt donc complètement au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, avec bonne literie et air conditionné. La douche et sanitaire ok. Piscine magnifique avec bar. Grand espace de restauration pour petit déjeuner et autres repas. Wifi nickel sur l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans réserve. − RAS.

Una hermosa inmersión en la naturaleza conservando el confort de la civilización. + Qué aceptan mascotas y destinan un bloque especial de habitaciones para los visitantes que viajamos con compañeritos peludos. Los mejores espacios del hotel son los camastros ubicados afuera del temazcal y la alberca pequeña que está en la parte superior del hotel, ambos colindan con una cañada que permite disfrutar el encanto de la naturaleza. Tambien mientras caminas por los andadores del hotel puedes observar a una familia de sereques.

Excelente + Me gustó la ubicación, el hotel en general es muy agradable. El personal se portó amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, solo que de repente escuchábamos la conversación de la habitación junto a la nuestra. Pero, fuera de eso, todo es excelente.

Sin luz + El lugar es amplio y bonito, las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas a nivel de cama y almohadas, el contar con 2 albercas ayuda mucho a no tener que caminar tanto de la habitación al área de alberca − El are de bar, es muy escaso, ademas no hubo luz por casi un día y medio, y su generador de luz no es muy potente ya que solo había una sola luz y dormir sin aire acondicionado fue lo peor ya que se sentía mucho calor, y bueno a comparación de otros hoteles si se vía que están más iluminados con sus generadores, y el hotel no tomo alguna medida para compensar ese problema, muy mal en ese aspecto

Everything was amazing, just don't go to the restaurant :) + Almost everything was amazing. The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the pools were so nice and well kept. The people working in the garden and the cleaners were all very polite. − The restaurant staff was not at all up to the task. They were rude, not helpful and very slow. I don't know why, but the Thursday we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was not available, so we ordered something off the menu. I ordered a fruit plate which normally should come (according to the menu) with yoghurt and agave. I just got a plate with three slices of melon, pineapple and some other fruit. That wouldn't really have bothered me, if it hadn't taken them 45 MINUTES to bring me this (while there was almost no one else there, btw). And than they had the nerve to act mad when I didn't give them a tip. Really, so disappointing. Also, the first night we got there, it was really late, I was really grateful that we could stil…

+ We chose this hotel to visit the maya ruins near Palenque. The hotel is in the jungle : you can see cute little animals in the threes and beautiful birds, the kids were really happy. There are two pools, really cool for chidren and to relax after you have visited the ruins. The room was quiet, beautiful, clean. The breakfast during weekend was a buffet, really tasty and lots of food : perfect. − We are vegetarians and would have loved more vegetarian options on the menu of the restaurant. (The restaurant is really good, just lacking some vegetarian options to be perfect)
