+ Hard to reserve a restaurant especially for a big group. They try to push us to dine in the buffet. Try to be an early bird if you want restaurants other than a buffet.

+ The coati were everywhere on the beach. They will go into your tote and pull things out. Literally will lock the cups you drink out of. Staff does best to cleanup right away but a lot of coati. Rocks/coral in the water. If you’re looking to swim in the ocean look where people are clustered together no rocks there.

We had an enjoyable stay but service received does not match the price. Also very big resort and you + The facilities were clean. Wide variety of choices on food Great location Easy access to fresh water Beautiful golf course - course was in immaculate condition - played 4 rounds − Service at golf course were poor - staff in proshop was unfriendly and did not really wanted to help you Only one place to pickup and change towels. This is a massive resort and it is very inconvenient to walk up and down to change towels. Pricing on the resort for small items like allergy tablets or headache tablets is very pricey. A complete rip off
