Superb, in every way. + Breakfast was quite exceptional, exceeded expectations and a definite highlight. Not only tea and coffee available in our room, but able to purchase drinks too. The crockery was beautiful and all very well thought out. Plenty of towels, even a styling brush, what a great touch, and a great walk in shower. − Nothing, they went out of their way to provide a superb experience. Total comfort, stunning surroundings, great company/advice and exquisite food.

Kippilaw House will be our first choice next time we travel to Picton- highly recommend! + We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the charming Kippilaw House. Bill and Margaret are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The delicious, three-course breakfast provided was the best we had in New Zealand, and Margaret graciously accommodated my dietary preferences! − Nothing!

Convenient Charm + Greeted by Bill and given the tour of our room and the lounge area we could access exclusively. Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. Lots of interesting little items throughout the room. Super comfortable bed, good quality linen. Large bathroom space. We were very tired after a long day of driving so retired early.

Lovely stay + Room was comfortable and Margaret and Bill were very friendly. The three course breakfast was superb. Margaret baked a delicious orange cake during our stay and the best cookies we have had for our onward journey.

+ We were just treated like family. Bill & Margaret made everything to makes us feel comfortable and pampered. Our room was on the top of floor, very spacious and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was just fantastic.
