All that I wanted for the price and would stay again. + Very convenient being on the main road into Rotorua from the south. A room with a spa bath but being outside under cover was not used as was cold and wet. − Nothing really as it met my expectations.

Filled a purpose, but probably wouldn't stay again. Thankyou + Location ok − Bed was hard, extra blanket would have been nice, heater kept getting turned off by room service and room full of condensation each morning. So not very pleasant. Spa pool hadn't been used for ages, had leaves and area was untidy. Thankyou

+ The location was not far from town which was excellent the rooms were clean and the beds were absolutely beautiful and comfortably warm to sleep in and the rooms upstairs with the spa baths were a 10/10 only stayed for 1 night but I will definitely be staying again when I come back for a holiday from brisbane and my whole family will also be coming to stay here thanks to the management team that run the place enjoyed my stay nga mihi − I only stayed for 1 night it had everything we needed a bed to sleep in it was warm and cosy close to town and clean and most of all it was cheap
