Spacious and peaceful location. + Peaceful, rooms are spacious. − A lot of light comes in at night around the blinds. And beds were a bit slumped. Despite everything we didn’t sleep well.

Great location and well-equipped, though heating in the standard suite was slow + The location was great, and the property had everything we needed, including all the necessary cooking utensils for the 2 bedroom apartment. The shower was also good, with plenty of hot water. − The 2 bedroom apartment was warm but the other standard suite was cold and the aircon took a long time to heat up the room.

+ The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was great, and having private parking right outside the room was a big plus. The beautiful courtyard added a lovely, peaceful touch to the stay.

Roomy, comfortable retreat from the wild weather of the Fiordlands. + Our room was enormous because it was designed for a wheelchair. It was serviced everyday and the staff were helpful when we needed to extend our stay. − It was further from the centre of town than I had expected but that was not a problem.

+ Our receptionist was very bubbly and nice, the rooms were very spacious, lots of parking on-site, facilities were great, and the location is great if you have a car or don't mind a short stroll to the town centre. − The bed was a little soft but that's my personal preference really.
