Very poor + The location − It’s proximity to the National Park led us to expect peace and quiet - not constant pounding music from the pool area and certainly not Karaoke all evening by a large corporate dinner! The venue had also over booked forcing one of our party to sleep in an inadequate tent ( for which she was, at least refunded 50%.) Generally the place is poorly maintained (apart from the main admin block) and absence of basics (eg soap and loo paper) in the toilet block just made the whole experience somewhat degrading. We stayed in a “modern tent” - and suggest you don’t! A great shame, as it could have been so much better☹️

Great nature, meh food. + The people were friendly and helpful. The kiddie pool is nice and big. Since the whole place is so huge, they can arrange for a free golf car to take you from place to place, like if you stay at one of the triangle houses and want to go to the pool. There are quite a few activities to take part in. − One of the only resorts I've ever stayed at that doesn't do bacon at the breakfast buffet. In general the food is mediocre. They have a rabbit cage. We saw one rabbit trying to eat a plastic bag that got in. Even after we told two people about it, nobody bothered to take it out.

This is a great place to stay to get access to the national park. The setting was lovely, and we could not fault the qua + The location was great, the range of accommodation was good. They have a great pool and the potential to offer a lot of activities, but most were a work in progress. The staff were exceptional, although only a few spoke English, they went to great effort to accommodate us. We can fault the quality of service − The menu was quite limited, but what was served was great. There were bikes but they were not well maintained.

I will be returning in 2027. + The staff, each and every one we had contact with, were absolutely wonderful. − Very minor….would have like to have better hot water for shower.

Great place for retreat + Feel the natural environment and fresh air. − If could have more activities, like bike ride, rope, slide, etc.

A well-maintained and spacious property with warm and welcoming service from the staff. + The staff’s hospitality is excellent. Although not all of them are fluent in English, you can feel their genuine care to make your stay comfortable, and everyone has a wonderful smile. I stayed in a modern tent, which was very comfortable. A kettle wasn’t provided by default, but they brought one right away when I asked. It was raining heavily at one point, and they kindly brought me an umbrella. The meals were delicious Khmer cuisine. − The Khmer food is very delicious, but since the options for Western or other types of cuisine are limited, foreigners who are not fond of Khmer food might find meals a bit challenging.

Great weekend destination + Great place! Accomodation types for everyone. The place is huge and it is a destibation for itself. − If you are here with an aim to visit Kirirom park, it is a bit far from park gates. However, if you are just there to relax there are no real downsides

+ Domaine absolument gigantesque. Notre chambre/bungalow surélevée dans la nature était exceptionnelle. Expérience assez magique d'avoir le sentiment d'être en immersion dans la nature. Personnel hyper prévenant et efficace − Il n'est pas possible de se restaurer en dehors du restaurant de l'hôtel car il est très isolé. Malheureusement, malgré de nombreux plats à la carte, la nourriture n'est vraiment pas très bonne, et assez chère. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très copieux et offre un très bon rapport qualité prix mais le reste de la carte a été très décevant. C'est dommage vu la qualité des chambres

Exceeded out expectations + We had booked a garden bungalow but the water was not hot so they upgraded us to a room on stilts. They are huge, beautifully decorated Balinese style and the water is hot. The staff are delightful and can’t do enough for you. We were treated like royalty. I worked throughout the week and the wifi was great. Breakfast was mostly off the menu as it wasn’t that busy but one day was a buffet. Very little for the western taste on the buffet but when asked they made us eggs any way we wanted. Basically ask and they will look after you - this went for anything throughout our stay. It’s is retreat style and in the middle of no-where so we are dinner each night here and the food was great and reasonable, the wine was also good. We had a motorbike so explored the surrounding villages and national park, riding out each day, coming back here was like coming back to our own little sanctuary. − The rubbish bin outside our room was not emptied the whol…

Personnel très sympathique chambre propre mais un gros manque d entretient le prix est bien trop cher !! + L établissement est bien situé le personnel est très gentil comme partout au Cambodge 😊 − Le rapport qualité prix trop cher petit déjeuné basique avec très peu de choses piscine manque de nettoyage je pense que l hôtel est bien trop grand pour l entretenir et très peu de touristes un peu déçu 😞

Ok but not worth the price + Staff super welcoming, they adapted to our food allergies and were very kind. Food was good 👌🏻 the room was well decorated, the bedding was amazing, there were animals in the property that was very cool, it’s very green and this is a great escape from the city. − Pool was very dirty, water unclear, tiles were missing we scratched our feet on the concrete. Around the pool was also very dirty, the rooms had humidity traces on the walls, everything was a bit broken, our fridge was not working. There were holes, very unsafe for kids to rum around, my kid fell and scratch his face, nothing bad but could have been worse. Need some serious fixing and renovations

I could have stayed longer + First is the staffs. They are super friendly and helpful. The resort is in the middle of a natural beautiful scenery. The food is great. − Nothing is to complain about
