Very good + High quality for Value − No color printer and restaurant was overpriced. Seen like a good place for corrupt, criminal, human rights violating law enforcement students from usa to hang out at too; if you're into that sort of stuff.

A-ok. + No breakfast but a nice location which had close access to traditional markets, store fronts, banks and gov. Also not far from bus station. − No complaints.
