Excellent price for a beautiful old style apartment. Some negatives but very happy i booked. + The apartment was huge and well furnished. Beautiful looking building. Old style apartment but clean and well presented. For the relatively low price I had a huge bedroom, living room, bathroom (with bath) and a long kitchen. Coffee shops, Small Big C convenience store within walking distance. TK outdoor mall a quick tuktuk ride away on grab, also Super Duper Supermarket that stocks many exotic products at a corresponding price. It is a lovely building surrounded by some impressive villas and very leafy. I could hear birdsong and geckos in the evening. − I stayed during Khmer New Year, so that could explain things. When I arrived there was only a security guard, he then called someone who arrived 10 minutes later. He set up a fan for me while I waited. Was shown up to the apartment, was impressed with the size and the presentation. Two small bottles of water in the fridge. Some cup…

Comfortable stay + There are many mango and palm trees for shade here. Very helpful hosts and nearby shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend. − Soundproofing is poor but due to the architecture materials

Spacious and peaceful + I love the location. It is in a beautiful area, close to everything, including great restaurants and multiple malls. The suite was spacious and peaceful. It feels like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for the rest of our time in Phnom Penh. − N/A. Everything was great. The wifi is a bit spotty in the bedroom, but there are options to connect to other wifi if one gets laggy.

Size does matter! + Very big spacious room. Perfect neighborhood very quiet. Elevator to the higher floors. Good air condition. We had a nice balcony to sit outside for breakfast. All in all best price for this apartment size in this nice neighborhood. − Kitchen equipment very bad no pan no pots no spoons. The bed is quite hard. Some window in the sleeping room without curtain. TV is not working well. There's only one big towel per person per day for the apartment it was okay for us. Shower in the bathtub.
