Tutto ottimo! Consigliato + Bella struttura, pulita, vicino all aeroporto e al centro città, molto comoda la navetta gratuita da e per l aeroporto. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, il letto è molto comodo, colazione semplice ma buona. Ho soggiornato qui sia al mio arrivo a Boston sia la notte prima della mia partenza da boston e mi sono trovata bene entrambe le volte!

+ Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno con doccia molto grande e comoda. Colazione continentale e caffè sempre disponibile. È un po' fuori dal centro di Boston ma con 40 minuti ci si arriva tramite mezzi pubblici

+ My only issue was with the airport shuttle. The instructions were to call, but first, no one would answer. Then, got an answer and put on hold over 7 minutes. Finally, they requested a driver come with another ride company, and I received a text with the time they would arrive. That time came and got another text that the ride was complete, except I was still there waiting and no one had come. Had to call again and wait on hold to request a second pickup. Took about an hour from first attempt to arrival.

+ Beds are comfortable − No shuttle bus in the evening, toilet not clean, droning air vent even when airco was off

Clean and comfortable room/ area was drab and industrial. + Inside the hotel was clean, friendly and very nice. − Location was sketchy in an industrial area. Only good thing was shuttle service to the airport. And a very nice Mexican restaurant across the street. Would not like to walk around at night.

Honestly, for the most part it was a really nice and comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful + The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. There’s some stores and restaurants across of the hotel and is very convenient. − The only thing I didn’t like is, when I turned on one of the lights a hair was hanging. Other than no complains

+ O quarto é espaçoso. Confortável. O serviço de transfer é bom. Só tomem cuidado ao mostrar o endereço do hotel para o motorista no Aeroporto. Porque tem outro hotel com esse mesmo nome. O motorista nos levou para o hotel errado, e como era tarde da noite, tivemos que pegar um Uber para o outro hotel. − Café da manhã fraco.
