    + Great location and the staff are amazing − Rooms are small -normal in japan- and the beds are not very comfortable

    + My favorite Onyado Nono. Even better than the one in Kyoto i believe. Always reliable and clean. Good location too.

    It was excellent! + The location is great and on top of a Lawson store which has everything. The place was super clean and offers ramen at night before bed. I love the convenience of having the laundromat at the onsen. My laundry easily got done while I enjoyed the onset. No hassle. Will definitely stay there again! − Everything is perfect except for this one incident: There was a young girl (teenager around 15 or 16 year old) who did not shower before entering the onset/bath. She ran straight into the pool. Her mom was not there and got mad at me for telling her to go shower first:/. It was gross and totally inconsiderate that people do not abide with simple cleanliness rules that affect others' health. Maybe this rule can be reinforced and emphasized at check in?
