Enjoyed my stay, great location and very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. In room laundry was a major plus + Great location, in room laundry and bathroom − The AC was not working great, but understandable since it was during a heatwave in Tokyo. View of the Tokyo tower from the balcony was amazing

Decent but better options should be explored. Location was great but rooms are pretty small and basic. + Location was great − Room service was non existent, cleaning staff didn’t clean the rooms properly on numerous occasions

Excellent comfortable place in great location with in room refrigerator and washer dryer + - great location in Azabu - nice in room facilities including refrigerator/freezer and clothes washer/dryer - great service by staff - downstairs space has breakfast included in some plans
