Fijn verblijf + Hotel mooi centraal gelegen in Kandersteg. Prima kamer, schoon. Wat ik ook een pluspunt vond waren de verduisterende plissé gordijnen en de mogelijkheid om goed te ventileren d.m.v. draaikiepramen. − De ruimte in de badkamer vond ik erg beperkt.

Exceptional property & staff, with a beautiful location with an astounding view + Everything about my stay was simply perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. They gave me extensive tips and recommendations on places to visit, which made exploring the area even better. They even kindly provided me with a power converter so I could charge my devices. I was also upgraded to a room with a balcony offering an amazing mountain view, which made the stay even more special. Exceptional hospitality, a beautiful room, and a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely love to visit again!

Nice, but only once! + I liked the terase witch is in front of the hotel with a view to the mountin. The owners were very kind. The coffee was very good − Rooms- no AC, no frige, no mosquito net, no room service(only a machine in the reception from where u can buy some drinks), the pillows were terrible; the curtains were old, When I showered, the water would drip down the side of the tub and my bathroom would always be full of water. Cleaning and change towles once at 2 days. No restaurant. No bar. It wasn t that mind of hotel i was used to.

Unreal views and staff generosity to match! + Very kindly got an upgrade for my birthday! The views from the balcony were unreal! The room was huge and super comfortable. Food was fantastic and lots of dairy free/nut free options (including special yoghurt) and staff were super helpful with going through the different allergens. Unbelievably kind staff who did free pickup from train station, and dropped bags off to station on way back (when we were delayed). Super close to Oeschinensee cable car, and would recommend the Cafe Schweizerhof in town! − The pool was a bit small and cold, but did have the resistance jet function. The TV couldn’t cast (despite function for it), but overall a great stay.

+ Pomocna obsługa, mily klimat, świetne śniadania. Bardzo czysto. Blisko wyjścia na szlaki. Bylo spa, ale nie korzystałam.

Perfetto! + Un soggiorno piacevole. Risceglierei sicuramente questa struttura. Posizione ottima, colazione molto buona e accesso alla SPA, piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort. − Mancava un piccolo frigo in camera dove poter tenere al fresco le bevande che mi sarebbero servite per l'escursione del giorno dopo. Ma è giusto un dettaglio.
