Disappointing + Good location. Probably cheap (for Hong Kong). − Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels and bathroom were dirty. For the room of such quality, there were too many penalties - instead of enjoying the stay, you have to think all the time whether you didn't forget to switch off all the devices in the room otherwise you'll get charged. The water has to be boiled before going to shower. Wifi had poor quality sometimes. They provided only 1 towel.

Misleading photos, unethical behaviour, extremely tiny rooms with no windows + The cleaning lady and the Indonesian girl at the reception were super nice. Can't say the same though about the guys working there. Another positive is the location, definitely great. − Premise, my girlfriend and I sleep everywhere, tents, airports, Couchsurfing, you name it. We really do not have fancy requirements and we are easy to please. This, however, was definitely not worth the money. The pictures are simply misleading, just check the Google Maps reviews. We booked a standard double room with no windows, 9 m2, and it looked nothing like what is shown online. We spoke with other guests and some even showed us their rooms, same situation. If you are unlucky, you get the 9 m2 version without a toilet, which is located in the middle of the floor. I sent them three messages upon arrival to request an early check-in, yet zero answer. Nie wieder! + Gar nichts! − Alles! Der Personal hat uns nicht erzählt, dass für eine Familie 4 Personen das Familienzimmer nicht geeignet ist.: sehr sehr eng! Sehr sehr dreckig! Hat uns auch nicht erzählt das, dass Zimmer in andere Gebäude wäre.

Thank you Miya( The Indo cleaner), you are the most valuable staff in the inn. + -The Indo lady is very nice and helpful. Thank you so much Miya🫶🫶, you make a lot value added to the inn. -Room is clean. -Location is good. − -The receptionist (a Indian guy, name Ash) is so rude and not friendly. A very bad check in experience with him and hope not to see him again. -The money deduction is on another hotel name. -Be careful with the heater in the bathroom, the hot water continue to come out after off, and is hotter than what we set, I burn a bit and stop to use the heater.
