I will no linger use this hotel in the future as my conclusion. + The room is placed to HK downtown where is convenience for shopping etc. − Small room, low cleanness (tooth paste/brush of previous visitor's remained etc.), slow wi-fi, far away transpiration from the front desk to the room

Great except for the room size. + The rooms are clean. They give you bottled water daily, clean towels, and they clean the rooms. Easy check in and check out. − Room is extremely small. And I mean extremely small. Not suitable if you are taking a luggage as there is no space. The triple rooms are alright. Just stay away from the double rooms.

Look for another option, really. + Nothing. − By far the worst hotel I have been to. We didn't even stayed there because the building is falling apart, there is trash in the stairs as if it was a dumpster, stains on the walls, the elevator looks like you are going to get trapped there. Now I know why you can’t cancel the reservation.

Good overall we enjoyed our stay + Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice and easy access to star ferry and mtr station and bus to airport. − Easy access and in the hot spot.

Made me want to leave as soon as I arrived + The towels were clean, the location was good even though when we checked in we were taken 2 streets away. The staff were friendly the check in area in the second location was nice and it gives you a false sense of hope for a nice room − The rooms is so small, it was dirty, there was a rotting apple core on the windowsill. The toilet, shower and sink were all in the same area you could literally brush your teeth while having a pee and taking a shower! Great if you want to save time not so great when the toilet roll gets wet.

Można brać. + Nie śmierdziało , nie widziałam karaluchów więc na prawdę to już dobrze :) pokój malutki, ale czysto, łazienka działała bez problemów z ciśnieniem wody. − Spałam jedną noc i wszystko było ok. Za drogi jak na te standardy ale znaleźliśmy go późno w nocy, więc bardzo nam pasował. Poza tym uciekliśmy z pierwszego miejsca, w którym okropnie śmierdziało .

+ Friendly staff. Clean. Small but sweet. − Small room was a surprise but you get used to it. TV didn't work. Kettle didn't plug in. But if you don't complain and just get on with it, the location was good, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.

not worth the price. See Imperial Hotel on Nathan road which costs the same and no comparison at all + Nothing we could like about it as value for money is not there − We later booked room in Imperial Hotel right on Nathan Road opposite Kowloon hotel for HKD 500 per room per night which worked better than this and was very good in every way. You should visit Imperial Hotel and add to your list as it doesn't get listed at all. MakeMyTrip lists it.
