Not using this hotel again + Hotel is generally good, nice and clean. − Staff cant talk English and reception team too, they are trying to understand English with mobile phone app, breakfast only for Asian people and very limited things to eat, around the hotel, no food, no entertainment, no shopping opportunities basically you are stuck with slow internet or with by your self. Internet speed wurst then 1990’s. After my meetings finished i have two choices, stay in the room with slow internet or walk side of the river. Internet speed wurst then 1990’s.

No nonsense, comfortable stay. + Front door staff were welcoming and helpful. The view from our room was great, blackout curtains worked as they should, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast had a great choice of Chinese and western dishes, not too oily, above expectations. − Check-in staff refused to speak another language other than mandarin. Also we were refused breakfast during check-in even though our booking specified breakfast was included in our booking. It wasn't until they spoke to their superior that breakfast was "granted".

Very accessible location with nice breakfast options + Nice buffet breakfast with adequate selections and very good omelet. Pool is in good size with river view. − Wish the outdoor pool could stay open during spring and autumn months.

only not happy with the swimming room area. + Room is spacious. Breakfast is great with ideal price. − changing room of swimming is so disgusting. Floor is wet and full of hair. Seems no one cleaning. No ventilation. Can't stand even a minute. No towel was provided. I need to go back to the room and bring the towel. Reception there is lack of experience. Only say no no no.

A very comfortable stay with lovely staff. Excellent value for money. + Very spacious room, helpful staff and great location by the river with good views. Staff were happy to facilitate requests and tried their best to communicate despite a language barrier. − A laundry room would be nice to have. Nothing I didn’t like, enjoyed my stay.
