+ Room was renovated, Neat, Clean and Roomy. Asked for a room upgrade. Glad we did. Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, plates and cups, glasses and cutlery supplied. Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate sachets, and sugar packets provided. Table and 2 chairs and two lounge chairs and otterman in room. − Did not like the security camera which was pointed right into our room, outside on the porch roof. Wasn't any others outside any other room. In the area we stayed at.

− Avevo informato la struttura che saremmo arrivati tra le 18:00/19:00 Loro hanno confermato che era aperto fino alle 20:00, ma al nostro arrivo alle 18:15 non c'era nessuno è la ricezione era chiusa. Ho avuto fortuna di trovare una signora che ha potuto telefonare al proprietario che mi ha fornito il codice. Non essendoci wifi, (mancava la parola d ordine) non era possibile accedere al telefono o a internet. La struttura non aveva neppure informato che ci sarebbe stato un box esterno con le chiavi (ma bisogna a avere il codice di accesso!)

Motel needs a revamp but super comfortable beds. + The bed was incredibly comfortable and very soft sheets − I felt the motel was outdated for the money paid. $219 a night for quite a basic room really is a lot when it’s a dark, dingy room with hardly any natural light. It makes it feel like a cave and feels quite uninviting! No toaster, power points not working, tv in bathroom (which I would’ve loved to have enjoyed in the bath) not working. No vanity mirror in the bathroom, just a small square magnifying two way mirror. Could only use the main bathroom light and fan at same time making it really cold and noisy when fan wasn’t needed. Very thin, past used by date towels. Thin and uncomfortable pillows (lucky I had my own with me) and cigarette butt dispensers right outside each room meaning you could smell smoke wafting under the door and around your room entrance as the motel was full of tradies. A depressing stay + The room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom recently renovated, however no mirror on the wall, just one of those weird little mirrors on an arm that spins making you look distorted. − Absolutely no atmosphere, it was like a ghost town. Friday night and 3 cars in the car park. When we arrived the power had been out so the check in process couldn't happen. An employee saw us arrive (3.30pm) and followed me in. We were simply given a key. Reception had a piece of paper taped to the door stating 'closed' offered a number to ring but nobody answered. Restaurant was shut the whole time we were there and sat in darkness. Gardens and pathways were unkempt. We went to Reception just before 8am to leave, still closed, rang the number, no answer so left a message asking someone to call as we hadn't paid, no one called. Clean comfortable room do not use the restaurant unless you want to waste your $ . + Clean & comfortable accomodation . Staff at front counter helpful & friendly . − Restaurant was absolutely disappointing I would not recommend eating at their restaurant. Chef needs to be replaced . I ordered a chilli pasta prawn dish . When presentedIt looked like tin spaghetti the prawns were soft & chewy . Husband ordered fish & chips … disgusting fish frozen hard as rock .. chips all non eatable . We have never complained in our life’s however this dinner we provided feedback accordingly . We were not offered any compensation discount nor even a refund .by the staff member .i had the opportunity the next day to complain to the manager as he enquired if our room was suitable .
