Could be reasonable if cleaned properly food bar and pool good + Unclean but good beds , sheets clean − Dirty floors , fridges unclean and freezer box completely frozen block of ice and ran all night

+ Such a lovely oasis in the middle of town − No lift to second level which was difficult with lots of luggage

The bed Was fine and thankful we only needed an in and out ssssplwde for rest. + Good location and good places around it − The room we stayed in the bathroom was disgusting. Multiple pieces of hair from previous guest all over the floors the tiles themselves. Need a deep scrub. Black mould on the roof in the bathrooms and someone’s toothbrush spits on the mirror door.

+ The gardens, pool, reception area and restaurant and all lovely. Staff were very friendly. − Unfortunately after a great first impression, we were shocked by the state of the rooms and how run down they were. The bath was cracked and had holes in it, there was black mould all over the shower and the kettle was broken. Luckily we were only there one night as we were not comfortable. For the price they are charging I didn't feel the state of the rooms was acceptable and they desperately need renovation. Won't return. .

Staff were incredible + Staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond service wise. − Televisions in rooms not working until we swapped, room had a musty smell. The papaya salad was inedible. Dinner had issues but staff removed item from bill.

I love been at Macure it's the central area for everything + Rooms were good but just the keys were playing up. Breakfast was excellent and kids enjoyed the pool. − The Verlander flooring was but shaky. That defenetlry needs to be changed.
