+ Das Zimmer war sehr schön, besonders der Balkon mit der Aussicht aufs Wasser hat uns gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das man draußen sitzen konnte und aufs Wasser schauen konnte war toll. Das die u- Bahnstation direkt am Hotel war, war perfekt . Die Lage war auch ok. − Beim Frühstück musste man sehr schauen wo was ist , ehe man alles gefunden hatte. Die Leute sind ziemlich durcheinander gelaufen, das war sehr unruhig . Lachs gab es leider keinen, obwohl er ja eigentlich jeden Tag vorhanden sein sollte. Die kleine Mittagskarte war sehr klein gehalten. Eine leichte Suppe wäre schön gewesen. Da ich starken reflux habe, habe ich leider nichts unter den paar Gerichten gefunden , was ich hätte essen können.

Es war einfach alles perfekt…Hotelzimmer, Hotel selbst und auch die Lage. Wir kommen sicher wieder. + Sehr schöne, recht neue Unterkunft direkt an der U-Bahn Station HafenCity mit Hotelbar mit toller Terrasse am Wasser und guter Auswahl an Snacks und kleinen Speisen Super nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal Großes Zimmer mit gutem Raumklima und getrenntem Bad und WC, tolle großzügige Dusche Alles war super sauber!

The stay was good, but the way the hotel handled my lost clothes was extremely disappointing — I felt ignored and repeat − I left some clothes at the hotel and paid for the return shipping on July 22. I was told the package had been sent, but the DHL tracking number provided never showed any tracking information. After repeated follow-ups, I was told that the package had to be sent again on August 12. Today, more than five weeks after I paid for the shipping, I still have not received my clothes. Despite my repeated requests, the hotel has still not provided the new DHL tracking number. I feel that my concerns have simply been ignored and that I have been repeatedly asked to “wait” without any real solution or explanation. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I paid for a service that has not been properly provided, and I still have no idea where my personal belongings are.
