Peaceful and relaxing few days to acclimatise to Sri Lanka + Beautifully peaceful on the river, very quiet and lovely staff. Great room and two pools! Also an outdoor shower which was fun. A lovely start to our trip in Sri Lanka. Plus we saw lots of monkeys in the early evening. − It’s a little set back from the nearest restaurants and beach but as we were staying to get over jet lag we weren’t too bothered and easy to get Tuk tuks around.

Nice location at river but not worth the price + nice view from the deluxe double room − The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The booked boat cabin was downgraded to a room. Facilities were partially poorly maintained, rooms lacked amenities and housekeeping, and service communication was minimal.

An unforgettable luxury retreat in a breathtaking location with outstanding service. + The entire experience was exceptional. The location and setting were absolutely stunning, and the luxury of the accommodation throughout the resort was outstanding. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, making the stay feel truly special. The treatments were of an excellent standard, and even the resident dogs, Simba and Bingo, added a lovely personal touch to the experience. They also created beautiful birthday decorations in the room for my girlfriend, which made the entire stay feel even more special and wonderfully personalised. − Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like , everything was absolutely perfect.

+ I had such a wonderful stay at River View Villas. The location is absolutely beautiful calm, peaceful, and surrounded by a stunning river view that makes it truly relaxing. The food was excellent. Even though it is an Ayurvedic resort, they were very accommodating and happy to prepare dishes according to my request. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Райский уголок на Шри + Прекрасное место для спокойного и уединённого отдыха. Красивая ухоженная территория с садом. Два чистых и комфортных бассейна. В отеле предлагают хорошие массажи и спа по приемлемым ценам. Дружелюбный персонал. Оперативно откликались на наши просьбы. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Sabir, который всегда был на связи и молниеносно решал любые вопросы. Восхитительный вид на озеро. Милые лабрадоры Бинго и Симба. Белочки бегают в большом количестве, интересно за ними наблюдать. В номере чисто, хороший кондиционер и вентилятор. Бесплатная вода на всё время прибывания. Отель рекомендуем! − Наша душевая была с открытым потолком и выходила на улицу, поэтому вечерами в душевую заползали большие тараканы, для тех кто боится подобную живность, лучше выбрать номер с закрытым душем. Завтраки для нас оказались несколько скудными, мы были немного голодными, но поблизости есть кафе или можно заказать еду через приложения. При заселении, представляли вид на реку, но по факту наш до…

Lovely setting directly at the river + The location and tranquility of the river as well as the well designed garden landscape. The staff was very helpful and the management speaks good German if needed. − Pool needed some more chlorine, a fan on the river boat terrace would be good as it gets quite hot and the wind is not getting there.
