Zijn door Booking.com op het verkeefe been gezet omdat bij de boeking de indruk wekken dat het verblijf inclusief is + Verblijf is uitstekend − Vriendelijk personeel

+ De locatie is top ..kamers groot en rustige zitjes overal − Het rnige dat ik moeilijk vond was om bij aankomst de parking te vinden maar ze hebben we goed geholpen

Top , verzorgd en gezellig , aanrader . + Wij kennen de VDV hotels en deze zijn top ! − De zomerbar met het scannen van de QR code om iets te bestellen en betalen zorgde voor verwarring en was niet echt nodig . De discussie met de barman was overbodig omdat de betaling niet verwerkt werd . Schrappen dat ding , lekker ouderwets mondeling bestellen is de boodschap .

Lovely hotel and staff but parking situation was badly communicated. + Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful building and location was very practical. − It wasn’t made clear that there’s no on-site parking. The nearby multi story we were directed to was unable to accommodate our vehicle + roof box, which meant we had to park by the side of the hotel and risk being fined/towed. Meant we were unable to properly relax and enjoy the hotel and the surrounding area. A real shame!

Zeer mooi en verzorgt hotel en zeker een aanrader als je in het centrum wil vertoeven! + Het zeer architecturaal gebouw en de geweldig uitgeruste kamers. Zeer centrale ligging en direct bij de parkeergarage. − Door de werken naast het hotel zou ik een iets duidelijkere wegwijzer aanbrengen bij de hoofdweg en afslag naar het hotel.

Het was een zeer leuk, kort verblijf te Mechelen + Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime, rustige kamer, maar met minder mooi utzicht. − De bereikbaarheid van de ondergrondse parking, gelet op de werken aan de grote parking voor het hotel.
