+ An amazing place for a truly relaxing getaway. The courtyard is very beautiful and cozy, also there is a pool, and hotel offers stunning views. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious food. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The winery also offers excellent wines at very reasonable prices. Definitely a must visit place! − Nth

+ - Really great kitchen. We had dinner in a restaurant and everything was very tasty. Also good wine (especially Manavi) - Beautiful garden − - Elevator didnt work (seems a long time ago), so its quite inconvenient to go upstairs with a luggage - Very bad coffee (americano seemed to be like 5 espresso) - Groups of tourists (wine tours) make this place very busy, difficult to feel calm and relax - Very soft mattrass - Poor lightning in the room (very dark)

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. 🌿 The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city, which makes it a great choice. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Theo, our waiter, who was such a wonderful and warm person. He made our experience even more enjoyable! ❤️ We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back again!

+ Sehr gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht, einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse, relativ großen und sauberen Zimmern sowie bequemen Betten. Besonders gut hat uns die Weinverkostung gefallen, definitiv 10 von 10! Auch unsere Führerin bei der Weinverkostung war sehr nett und professionell. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön und groß. − Leider gibt es jedoch deutliche Kritikpunkte beim Service. Insgesamt wirkt das Personal wenig an den Gästen interessiert und häufig unaufmerksam. Während des Aufenthalts saßen Mitarbeiter wiederholt am Handy. Am Pool wurde benutztes Geschirr teilweise nicht abgeräumt, Bestellungen wurden verwechselt und die Bedienung war sehr langsam. Das Essen wurde teilweise deutlich verspätet und sogar kalt serviert. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Auswahl ist für das Preisniveau eher klein. Die Kaffeemaschine war teilweise defekt. Selbst wenn noch etwa anderthalb Stunden Frühstückszeit übrig waren, wurden bestimmte Speisen und Getränke nicht mehr aufgefüllt. …

Dirty hotel, not a real masterclass, most of the staff was unwelcome + As compensation, we were offered a wine tasting — and this was honestly the only wonderful experience we had at this place. The wine was genuinely excellent, and Maria was an absolutely fantastic guide! She made the tasting incredibly interesting, engaging, and funny. This was by far the highlight of our stay. − We came as a group of 7 and booked 4 rooms because of the hotel’s high Booking.com rating. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Two of the four rooms were awful: bed linen with yellow stains, hair in the bed, a torn pillowcase, dirty towels, a shower covered in grime and limescale, and stained walls. We showed photos to reception and were promised everything would be fixed, but the shower remained dirty and the towels were not replaced. We also booked khachapuri and barbecue masterclasses for 7 people. The khachapuri “masterclass” consisted only of rolling out prepared dough, put…

Absolutely Unacceptable + The wine tasting was the highlight of our stay. Maria did an outstanding job — she was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. − This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The bedding was dirty, the room itself clearly hadnt been cleaned properly, and the overall level of hygiene was simply unacceptable. We attached photos because the condition of the room speaks for itself. This is not what anyone expects when booking a winery hotel. The service was terrible. The staff walked around looking irritated and unhappy, making guests feel unwelcome. Every request was met with reluctance, as though we were asking for a favor rather than expecting basic hotel service. Even after we showed them the condition of the room, they appeared completely indifferent and made no real effort to fix the situation. They simply didn’t seem to care. מקום מיוחד בחבל היין. + יקב גדול שיש בו מסעדה ומלון. הגן פשוט מדהים, הסתובבנו בו בהנאה רבה. הבריכה גדולה. הצוות היה נפלא ואדיב. נהנו מאוד מהסיור ביקב והטעימות. המסעדה מצויינת. המקלחת משופצת, העיצוב של החדר מיוחד. − אנחנו משפחה של ארבעה, והחדר היה קצת קטן עבורנו. בנוסף, מיקמו אותנו בבניין הכי רחוק בקומה הכי גבוהה בלי מעלית שעובדת. עזרו לנו להעלות את המזוודות אבל המדרגות מחוץ למבנה היו רטובות בגלל הגשם והיה קצת מלחיץ לעשות אותן שוב ושוב עם תינוק על הידיים ועוד ילדה. המיטות לא היו נוחות. זה היה לילה יחסית יקר ביחס לשאר המקומות שישנו בהם ולא הרגשנו שזה מוצדק מאוד.

+ Wir haben eine Nacht bei Giuaani verbracht. Die Weinführung mit Verkostung ist zu 100% zu empfehlen und sollte man keinesfalls auslassen. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war ganz hervorragend. Die Betten sind weich aber das ist geschmackssache.

Świetne miejsce, przepyszne jedzenie i wino, duży basen! + Pięknie położony hotel z wieloma udogodnieniami. Od samego wejścia na teren obiektu czuć zaopiekowanie gościem, obsługa bardzo profesjonalna i uprzejma. Przepyszne jedzenie i wino. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Mieliśmy okazję wykupić oprowadzenie po winnicy wraz z degustacją win, co polecamy każdemu, kto odwiedza to miejsce. Pokoje bardzo czyste i ciche, łóżko wygodne. Do dyspozycji gości bardzo duży i czysty basen oraz taras na dachu z widokiem na okolicę i zachody słońca. Na ogromny plus możliwość korzystania z udogodnień hotelu oraz basenu po wymeldowaniu. Great place for relaxing out of town + Friendly staff, very nice venue, good swimming pool, confortable room. You can come before check-in and enjoy the pool, same when you leave after check-out − Minor thing: change the towels at the swimming pool which look worn-out
